New Opportunities to Become a Business Owner, Investor, or Licensee

Changemakers Ventures is another company in the Changemakers Family.  Our mission is to develop new projects and bring in business owners, investors, or licensees to participate in the project. Alternatively, we can connect individuals and company owners with venture capitalists and angel investors interested in your type of investment.

We also help individuals and companies develop the materials they need to launch their ventures, such as websites, business plans, videos, and marketing materials. Plus, we can create a publicity, social media, or email campaign with our team of communications, marketing, social media, and promotion experts.

You can see more information on this at Changemakers Marketing and Promotion.

Here are the ventures we are currently representing and a brief description. You can go to that venture’s website for more information.

If you are interested in participating in some way, contact us for the next steps.

The Rub-A-Dub-Dub Experience.

This is a fun massage-like experience that can be featured in a mall, health club, night club, lounge, resort, party for any age, or other venues.

It is designed to be promoted as family fun and involves 10-30 minutes of relaxing on a table or mat, while one or two facilitators called “rub-a-dub-dubbers” treat the individual, who can be fully clothed, to a massage-like experience using the kind of brushes, clothes, sponges, and other materials employed in detailing a car.

See more about this on the Rub-A-Dub-Dub Experience website.

This project needs a business owner or licensee to take this over and run it. Besides the website, we have a sample business plan, promotional program, and other materials to help turn this into a worldwide franchised business.

We can also help set up a pilot program to promote the service and expand it to other areas.

What’s Your Dog Type?

This is a new personality-type program that can be marketed to businesses to improve productivity, relationships, teams, and sales or to individuals interested in self-help, personal development, success, and improved personal relationships.

It incorporates ideas about personality from other popular programs, such as Myers-Briggs, DISC, and the color profiling system. It uniquely uses popular dogs to represent the different personality types.

For example, a German Shepherd is like the dominant leader (D or the color red), the Pomeranian is the very social party animal (I or yellow), the Golden Retriever is the supportive helper (S or green), and the Border Collie is the smart researcher type (C or blue).

Professional workshop leaders have used the system, and a workbook and guide to conduct a workshop have been developed for this purpose. The system lends itself to a variety of merchandising opportunities, including t-shirts, mugs, posters, postcards, calendars, and more.

The particular dogs selected can vary based on the most popular dogs in a particular area of the U.S. or in another country. There are a series of books on the system available in print on Amazon and IngramSpark, as e-books on Kindle, and as audiobooks on Audible. You can see more about this on the What’s Your Dog Type website.

The project needs a business owner or licensee to take this over and run it — ideally someone who likes to lead workshops and seminars or coordinate a team of speakers and workshop leaders. Besides the website, we have a promotional program and other materials to help turn this into a worldwide franchised business.

We can also help in setting up a pilot program to use in promoting the service and expanding it to other areas.

There is a companion project called What’s Your Cat Type? and a similar program can be developed for that.

Feature Films & Documentaries

These are a series of projects under development by Changemakers Productions and Gini Graham Scott, who is the writer and executive producer. She has written and produced 7 film projects with Dear Skyyler Productions, a team that has been involved with over 30 feature films. These 7 films are already in distribution, release, or post-production. You can see more details at Changemakersproductions.com.  Now Changemakers Productions is looking for financing for its next series of films, and is seeking investors or a manager to organize a fundraising effort for individual films. The next series of films are sci-fi and crime suspense thrillers, which is a very popular market.

Do You Look Like Your Dog?

This is a program that includes a book, website, game, and other materials with the “Do You Look Like Your Dog?” brand. The book was originally published by Random House and the game was published by Briarpatch, though all rights have been returned about 10 years ago. When the book was first published, the author and three dog owners and their pets were featured on Good Morning America. For more details, you can see the Do You Look Like Your Dog? website.

This program lends itself to all kinds of merchandising, including t-shirts, mugs, posters, postcards, calendars, card decks, board and digital games, and more. There is also a proposal for a TV, cable, or web series, and the project lends itself to other series, such as,  Pet?, Do You Look Like Your Cat?, or Do You Look Like Your Lover or Mate?. To illustrate, see the Do You Look Like Your Cat? website.

This project needs a business owner or licensee to take this over and run it — ideally someone who is very marketing, merchandising, and promotion savvy. We can assist with developing the marketing and promotional materials to help turn this into a worldwide franchised business
